Meet the Team
Kelley Mossburg is originally from Washington DC but grew up in the Atlanta area. He attended Auburn University where he met his wife of 41 years, Debbie. Together they have two sons, Kel and Landon. Kelley spent over 35 years in corporate America as a senior level executive. He has also owned his own business and has served in a number of non profits as a board member, board chairman, and president. He has a real passion for giving back to his community as evidenced by the time he spent as President of South Walton Community Council several years ago. He and Debbie live in South Walton.
After serving as a board member for Children's Volunteer Health Network, Jim Rice joined the CVHN team in January 2021 with over 25 years of nonprofit experience including fund development, campaign management, consulting, and more.
Jim attended Davidson College and Northern Kentucky University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Masters in Administration. He and his wife Judy returned to the Emerald Coast in June 2020 and call Santa Rosa Beach their permanent home. They have six children and soon to be 15 grandchildren.
Director of Development
Denise is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined Children’s Volunteer Health Network in 2008 as the Mobile Dental Clinic Program Manager. She worked in private practice as a Dental Hygienist for 28 years prior to this position and graduated in 1980 with an AS Degree in Dental Hygiene from Pensacola Junior College.
She is a long-time resident of Fort Walton Beach. Outside of work, Denise enjoys the beach, her church and spending time with her husband, two grown sons and their dog.
Kelly joined Children’s Volunteer Health Network in August of 2008 after being in private practice for 12 years.
Kelly earned her A.A.S. Degree in Dental Hygiene from Pensacola Junior College in 1996.
Kelly resides in Fort Walton Beach with her husband. She enjoys spending time on and around the water with family and friends.
With five years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, Christina joined CVHN in August of 2019 after her family relocated to Niceville, Florida. In 2015, Christina earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree with a focus in Dental Hygiene from Florence-Darlington Technical College.
Christina loves working with people of all ages but especially loves working with children and helping them form healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Christina resides in Niceville with her husband and two sons. She enjoys her family and friends and any outdoor adventure.
A ten year Walton County resident, Megan joined CVHN in May of 2020 to manage the implementation of the new Mental Health initiative. With 20 years in business development, she is excited to transition into creating programs that provide effective and sustainable mental support to the children of Walton and Okaloosa counties.
Megan lives in Santa Rosa Beach with her daughter and always enjoys the chance to enjoy a beach sunset or a good book.
MH Care Coordinator
In 2002 Kaymleh moved from the tiny island of Barbados to Destin, FL. Living in our great community for nearly 20 years, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and an Associates Degree in Ministry Training.
Kaymleh joined CVHN in March of 2020. I am a Guardian ad Litem with the state of FL, volunteering her time to assist children who are in need of an advocate against abuse & neglect.
Together with her husband, she enjoy being outdoors and traveling!
