Cathy Westmoreland comes to the CVHN family from Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where she worked as their Assistant Social Services Director. She is the CVHN Case Manager and her focus is on ensuring that all CVHN children are scheduled for the healthcare appointments they need. Cathy brings a wide range of experience and expertise to this position. She has served as the Community Liaison Officer in our U.S. embassies overseas where she coordinated every facet of community life for the American staff at the embassy, worked directly with Aid organizations helping the local residents, kept food on the shelves of the embassy store and administered the embassy medical clinic. Her 20+ years as a military spouse saw her moving around the world every 2 years, challenged with the job of making a home in new and unfamiliar places, getting her 2 children into their new schools and activities and finding out where to buy milk, and oh by the way: How do you say milk here? We are happy to have Cathy on board with us and are sure her caring and professionalism will be a great asset to our programs.
Kim Pall comes to the CVHN family from Kim Pall Creations, her art and design business that she ran with the support of her husband and two daughters for over 12 years. Her last position as the Assistant Controller for Suarez Housing Corporation in Tampa gave her the experience she needed to be an entrepreneur. All of this is what makes Kim a perfect fit for the CVHN Office Manager.
