Zachary Billingsley – Executive Director

Zach Billingsley, a native of Valley, Alabama, graduated from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama in 1999 with a B.A. in Business Management. Zach relocated to Santa Rosa Beach in 2002 to work for Coastal Bank and Trust. Zach began his career with the bank in the Management Associate Program, and then moved on to hold several positions within the bank as an Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and Commercial Banker in Destin.

Zach joined CVHN as a volunteer and mentor in 2006. He was inspired by CVHN’s work and his mentoring experience while volunteering with CVHN and wanted to get more involved. He joined the board in 2007 and served as CVHN’s Treasurer for two years. He resigned from the board in 2010 to become CVHN’s Executive Director.  Zach is a dedicated leader who combines his passion for helping kids with strong management and financial skills.

Zach and his wife Hannah, who is also a CVHN volunteer, reside in Santa Rosa Beach with their daughter, Emerson and son, Wyatt.

Amy Daopoulos– Development Director

Amy is a native to the panhandle of Florida. Born and raised in Niceville where she graduated from Rocky Bayou Christian School. After graduation, Amy began an 18-year career in the banking industry and in 2012 left banking as a District Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and became an Executive Director for a local nonprofit serving homeless women in our area.

Amy has worked and partnered with CVHN prior to coming aboard as our Development Director while at Wells Fargo as corporate sponsors. With her heart and passion to serve others especially those who are in need, the Lord opened the door for her to join the CVHN family in the summer of 2015. With 18 years’ experience and training in the financial industry, she brings program and market management experience with strong skill-sets in strategic thinking and planning, influential leadership, business planning with a result focused process.

Amy has been an active volunteer with her Alumni school coaching girls high school basketball and cheerleading as well as with the local city soccer league where she coaches her son’s team. Amy along with her two sons, Hunter and Dylan, lives in Niceville. They are members of Generations United church.

Elaine Mott – Accounting

Elaine has served CVHN in several capacities for the past 4 years. She has been a volunteer, a member of the Finance Committee and became our part time accountant in 2010. Elaine owns Custom Accounting Solutions, LLC which she founded in 1984 which is a tax, accounting and consulting firm. Elaine is an Advanced Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She was one of the first to pass the rigorous exam to become Advanced upon inception of the program in 2007. Elaine is a focused and passionate member of our team who brings over 20 years of accounting experience to CVHN. Elaine enjoys camping and biking. Elaine and her husband Claude reside in Santa Rosa Beach.


‘Just for Grins’ Mobile Dental Clinic

Denise, RDH – Mobile Dental Clinic Program Manager

Denise joined the CVHN staff in June 2008 as the Program Director for the inception of the ‘Just for Grins’ Mobile Dental Clinic Program. She is a registered Dental Hygienist and a long-time resident of the Emerald Coast. She is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and received her Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Pensacola Junior College in 1980.

Denise is active with Beachside Community Church in Fort Walton Beach, enjoys serving her community and is on the Board of Directors for Give Me Shelter Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides for children in Haiti.

Denise lives in Shalimar with her husband and two sons.

Kelly, RDH – Mobile Dental Clinic Hygienist

Kelly moved to Fort Walton Beach in 1982 when her husband, who was active duty Air Force, received orders to the area. They moved from South Carolina, where she spent most of her childhood. Kelly has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for seventeen years. She received an A.S. degree in dental hygiene from Pensacola Junior College.

Kelly worked in private practice until the God-given opportunity to work for CVHN arose. She is extremely excited to be part of the team at Children’s Volunteer Health Network and is enjoying her time spent on the “Just for Grins” Mobile Dental Clinic serving the needs of the school children in Walton and Okaloosa counties. She has been with CVHN for five years.

Kelly has been an active volunteer with several different extracurricular activities in the Okaloosa County school system for many years and loves working with children. She and her husband have two daughters and live in Fort Walton Beach.

CVHN Dental Clinic

Dr. Hanson, D.M.D.  –  Dentist

HansonDr. Hanson completed her undergraduate degree at University of South Florida with a major in chemistry and then received her DMD degree from Boston University in 2001. Dr. Hanson spent three years at the East Boston neighborhood health center where she treated pediatric patients. In 2010 Dr. Hanson completed the mini pediatric residency at the University of Florida. Much of Dr. Hanson’s career has been treating children in the public health setting. Dr. Hanson joined CVHN in February 2015. When not working,  Dr. Hanson spends her time with her husband and three sons, enjoys traveling, playing soccer and the beach.

Dr. Hanson strives to make every dental visit as positive and fun as possible.

Allison, RDH – Dental Hygienist

Allison_WroblewskiAllison is a graduate from Gulf Coast State College where she earned an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves the sunshine and spends time outdoors kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and biking.

Allison loves making dental cleanings fun and exciting for children, and taking the time to teach them about how to take care of their teeth. She believes that dental health is important to overall health and is blessed to be part of an amazing organization that is truly making a difference.
